Noah and Gram

It really had been too long since we had seen Gram.  My mom prints out our blog entries and mails them to her, and I send pictures periodically as well.  Noah is starting to like to talk to Gram on the phone, and Gram likes to surprise the boys with packages in the mail.   All of these things keep us connected, but it's not the same as being together.

We've talked up this Utah trip a LOT to Noah to get him excited.  Days before the trip he was saying, "It's time to go to Gram's house?"  So you can imagine how excited he was when we finally got there.  Our first dinner in Utah was Cafe Rio.  Noah wanted to sit by Gram.

I loved hearing Noah say, "Hey Gram, want to read a book wif me?"  He climbed right up on the couch and listened.

We sure love Gram and are so thankful for the memories we're making with her!
