Tahoe Lake

After Luke's memorable meltdown at Indian Valley, I decided to stay at the cabin, stick to his schedule, and skip boating on 'Tahoe Lake' (that's what Noah calls it) the next day.

Grandpa rented a boat for a few hours, and everyone had a fun and relaxing time.

Grandpa gave each of the grandkids a turn driving the boat.  Silly Noah didn't want to drive and passed on his chance.

All of these happy faces tell the story of a fun family day.

Boating on the lake was definitely a good time.

Luke and I missed out on some fun.

But it was really windy, and they were gone for a long time. His almost three hour nap and my two hour nap were sorely needed.  We definitely made the right decision to lay low at the cabin.
