Seven Months

Luke is seven months old!

Let's start with eating.

This kid could eat all day.

He happily tried new foods like peaches, carrots, plums, and green beans.  There hasn't been a food yet that he's refused.

He is an incredibly impatient eater, especially at dinnertime.  I can't get the spoonfuls in fast enough.

At some point I just have to decide that he's done eating, because he really could go on and on.

On a related note, Luke transitioned to being a bottle baby just fine.  No complaints by him, as long as the food keeps coming.

We're still watching for any signs of teeth.  I love this gummy smile so much, I'm not sure I want them to come at all.

Luke finally started moving.  Not crawling, but moving.  Why crawl when you can roll every direction to get something?

He's still a bit wobbly when it comes to sitting, but it's getting better every day.

He sure likes being able to have a different perspective of things instead of just being flat on the ground all of the time.

Oh, this boy loves his mama.  The other day he was screaming like crazy when someone else in the family was holding him.  Was he hurt, hungry or tired?  Nope.  As soon as I took him he smiled and did his little pigeon laugh, as we call it.  He doesn't even like when I leave the room sometimes.  Such a little stinker.
