First Food

It hardly seems possible that enough time has passed for this guy to be ready for real food.

Wow, and ready he was.

There was no hesitation when that spoon got close to his mouth.

He grabbed the spoon and helped guide it right where it needed to go.

I, on the other hand, kept a firm grip to keep him from gagging on it.

Despite the sour faces, Luke's first breakfast went great.

We thought those faces were entertaining, because they were a definite contrast to the Mr. Happy smiles we are used to seeing.

There aren't many 'firsts' that we can choose the timing on, but it sure was fun being all together for this one.

Noah was a proud brother and said, "Ud jub baby Wuke," (Good job baby Luke.) and "Baby Wuke eating siri (cereal)!"

Next up...pears, and then lots of other flavors.  Let the baby food making begin!
